After shifting gears in the technical and conceptual space the past couple of months, I have hit my first Youtube monetization goal - 500 Subs π₯³, allowing me to offer up paid and other membership content options.
As this # increases, so too do people discovering my back-catalogue of sessions, with amazing comments now becoming everyday occurrences - its such a positive side of the internet being able to connect with other breathers across the world in this way.
My latest effort "Awaken the Witness" is showing awesome early engagement and CTR also. I have momentum βΊοΈ

Hows your day looking legends ?

Sometimes when we go looking for the shadow β deliberately turning inward with the intention of doing deeper inner work β something unexpected can happen.
We stop simply experiencing.
We begin to witness the experience itself.
For a moment, awareness seems to step back. Thoughts, sensations and emotions are still present, but we are no longer completely entangled with them. We become the observer β the witness to our own consciousness.
Awaken the Witness is a 20-minute, 3-round guided breathwork journey built around Shamanic Breathing, Breath of Fire and progressively longer breath retentions.
The breathing builds energy and intensity before each round falls into stillness.
And within that stillness β breathing, followed by not breathing β there can be an opportunity to observe rather than react.
To notice the body.
Notice the mind.
Notice the experience.
And perhaps discover the quiet awareness sitting behind it all.
The visual concept mirrors the practice itself: throughout the journey, a second version of me slowly emerges into the space β the observer gradually becoming visible.
Headphones as always, and please ready the safety notes in the youtube description.

I hope that first breath of the day fills you with health & optimism, and your eyes open to a world and life worth living fully.
That your weekend brings you connection, love, joy, and fulfillment in whatever it is that you do.
Like seriously, don't pressure yourself to make it anymore than what is.
Because that's all it ever needs to be.
I hope that music surrounds your senses and your heart, filling all those healing spaces in between. That you see or talk to someone or something that you love today.
But most of all, I wish you peace. Stillness. Calm.
As the day, and therefore the universe, unfolds before you.

Awesome to connect with Kevin Connolly @ Reconnect Breath this morning, to discuss the 2027 Trip to Leh, Ladakh, India.
An awesome dude, doing awesome things with Reconnect Breath, and now leading us Breath-Obsessed lot to one of the birthplaces of breathwork & yoga - the Himalayan high-country.
I can not wait - unfortunately I have to, almost a year lol.
Growth, connection, understanding and spiritual fulfillment awaits.
Lets goooo!

An energizing, short but effective practice that can also aid in raising your body temp, I resorted to this for extended periods while at Ed Sheeran in the rain this year :)
As always, straight back, strong foundation.
