For the past 17 years, it has been our mission is to support people who are new to exercise, or for personal reasons would never go to a busy gym. Our private environment is perfect for people who live with anxiety, depression, ptsd, neurodivergence and disabilities. Or anyone who would just like somewhere quiet to improve their health.

We have people that have regular 1 on 1 workouts, friends who come together, couples and even whole families.

We can modify every single exercise in every class to suit you. And if there is an exercise you don't like - we will swap it out for something different. All Classes are small with 5-7 people at any one time.
