Final Pitch Night 2026
Join us for the Final Pitch Night of this year’s Pitching Competition, where the top 8 teams and students will take the stage to pitch their ideas in front of a panel of industry leaders, UC leadership, academic staff, and the wider student community.

📅 Thursday 1 October 2026
⏰ 5:30 PM
📍 Rātā Foyer, University of Canterbury

Our finalists will pitch their projects to a panel of judges from leading organisations around the country.

🏆 Prizes will be awarded to the top presenters, generously supported by our industry partners.

And of course, there will be food and drinks! Your ticket includes access to a grazing table, donut wall, and drinksthroughout the evening.

🎟️ Tickets are completely FREE, so make sure you grab one and come along to support our finalists, enjoy some great food, and see some of the best ideas coming out of UC.

Market-a-thon 2026!

Last weekend 20 talented students competed in groups in our yearly marketing challenge! Teams worked alongside Antony & Mates in a marketing workshop before coming up with TikTok strategies for Rollickin Gelato.

It was great to see the high quality pitches with such creative ideas and schemes. Hopefully we will see some of your ideas on the Rollickin TikTok in the future 👀

Join Market-A-Thon 2026, a 24-hour marketing challenge where you’ll work alongside other students to solve a real business challenge for Rollickin Gelato.

Throughout the event, you’ll receive mentoring, workshops, and coaching from Antony & Mates, collaborate with like-minded students, and pitch your ideas directly to industry professionals.

Whether you’re passionate about social media, strategy, content creation, or marketing, this is your chance to gain real-world experience, expand your network, and showcase your creativity.
