Yesterday I went to the New Zealand Blood Service to donate plasma for the first time.

I was told it would take about 90 minutes, and I wasn't sure what to expect.

What I got was one of the best service experiences I've had in a long time.

Friendly & professional faces at reception.

Nurses & technicians who were warm and engaging. ( Kim was the name of the main technician working with me)

Technicians and nurses, who clearly knew exactly what they were doing.
