If you haven't heard, we had the team from What Now in doing a shoot a few weeks back. Zeph and Bae got roped in to helping out, showing the hosts a few moves and man they did AWESOME!!!!

Check it out....(P. S. the kids received very minimal instructions from their coaches as what to do, which makes this even better).

Now that the dust has settled it's time to do this properly.
Last night was massive, on lots of levels. What a great event it was, huge thanks goes out to Wayne Vaega and his team (too many to mention) for putting on such a slick event.

Big thanks also goes out to Kaitlyn Millington and Scott Tweedie plus all the folks from Lucky9 gym for the opportunity to get our fighter in the ring, under pro rules no less! It's not something you see happen in this neck of the woods too often so it was great to see the girls throwing elbows.

To all the MSA SITNARONG people. You came and represented hard and helped bring out the best from your coach (Kru) and team mate Bree Knitter

And of course to Arjarn Brett Harrold, Louis Bentley and all the training partners who helped get Bree ready for the big day. There's 4 or 5 of you who you took hits for the team and gathered more than a few bruises. You all rock!

Hi all, some short term updates.
There's NO Friday morning Muay Thai class on Friday the 10th and 17th, plus NO Ladies Boxfit on Monday the 13th. Other than that, game on!
