The Mt Pleasant Pottery Group was established in 1960, our members prominently from the eastern suburbs but stretch as far as the Canterbury Plains. We have potters whose skills range from those who are experienced and nationally recognised through to those just discovering the joys of playing with clay.

Over the month of May , our talented Hugh Rickard will be our potter of the month. His Raku wall tiles are not only unique to his style but are beautiful , his illustrations demonstrate his talent. Open weekends , sat and sun 11-3pm . A perfect Mother’s Day gift ❤️
