One of our favourite fair traditions is back!

Visit the Class Two Candle Dipping Stall and enjoy the magic of creating your very own colourful beeswax candle. Simply dip, layer, and watch your unique creation come to life.

A beautiful activity for children and adults alike, and a lovely keepsake to take home from the fair.

Our much-loved Steiner School Fair is returning on Saturday 31 October, 10.00am–3.00pm, and we’re inviting expressions of interest from external stall holders to join us.
Held in the beautiful grounds of our Steiner school in Ōpawa, Ōtautahi (Christchurch), the fair is a vibrant community event featuring live entertainment, children’s activities, delicious food, handmade crafts, and more.
If you create, grow, bake, or sell quality products that align with the spirit of our fair, we’d love to hear from you.

Our Art and Sculpture Exhibition is coming up soon - have you got your ticket to the VIP Opening Night yet?

This image is 'Snow', one of the photographs from the Hōhepa Photography Group series. The group’s work offers an honest and thoughtful perspective on everyday life at Hōhepa and out in the community, created through weekly photography sessions that encourage observation and self‑expression.

The exhibition brings together the Photography Group alongside over 50 established and emerging artists, exhibiting across painting, photography, sculpture, ceramics, and mixed media. Exclusive tote bags and cards featuring selected artworks will also be available for purchase.

We’re excited to share the incredible line up of speakers for our upcoming Health & Wellbeing Series at Te Kura o Rudolf Steiner i Ōtautahi – Christchurch Rudolf Steiner School.

A wonderful opportunity to hear from experienced practitioners and speakers on topics that support the wellbeing of children, families, and ourselves.

A portion of the proceeds from the series will go towards supporting our school-wide Therapies Fund, helping provide additional support for children across the school.

So you not only get to attend an inspiring and thought provoking talk, but also help support the wellbeing of our children and wider school community.
