We have a new look at Educare 💫

This month marks an exciting new chapter as we introduce a refreshed Educare brand, including a new logo and visual identity.

Our new branding reflects who we are today and our vision of growing together through learning and play.

While our look is evolving, what matters most remains the same: providing a safe, caring and engaging place where tamariki feel they belong, learning is nurtured through play, and strong relationships between whānau and kaiako help every child thrive.

You’ll start to see these updates introduced gradually across our centres, website, communications, and more over time.

Have you noticed all of the amazing baking coming out of our kitchen lately? Meet Tahlia, our amazing Chef 👩‍🍳 We’ve been enjoying the gorgeous aromas drifting down the hallway and our tamariki are definitely enjoying their kai.

We provide morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and late snack, and have a delicious and nutritious menu.

As part of our Earth Day and Conservation Week exploration, our older tamariki have been investigating the contents of a nature tray. Tamariki have been figuring out what each item is, where it came from and how it feels. Using natural items in play is a great way to incorporate sustainability and encourage group discussions.

Today at Lincoln Village we celebrate Nepali New Year. Our wonderful Kaiako Gita is sharing her culture through teaching us about her homeland. So far we have learned how to wear traditional clothing, found out where Nepal is, have made flags and tried sel roti and Nepali style chicken. What a great way for our tamariki to learn about the world we live in.
