Thank you everyone for such an amazing year! We are now finished for the year and will reopen Tuesday 28th January.

We have been inspired by this photo and want to make our own special Christmas traditions this year, by connecting to the wonderful area we live in. So we are closed today for an excursion to Southshore beach to collect driftwood that our tamariki can help drill and turn into our own special driftwood xmas tree for our centre. We will be back at centre on Wednesday.

Term 4 starts today! 💛💜💚
We love the summer terms...lots of having fun with our friends outside, playing in the sandpit, water play, picnics under the trees, and even more messy play! We still have a few spaces available on our Wednesday session, so if you would like to find out more about Playcentre and why we call it our village, send us a message or just pop along between 9am and 1pm for a play. 💛💜💚

🌟 The wait is over! We can’t wait to see you all tomorrow, alongside our car boot vendors we have our market stall. 🌟 We’ll have an amazing selection of baby, children, and adult clothing, toys, books, games, homeware, seedlings, plants, and a delicious bake sale. A huge thank you to our community for your generous donations! Remember to bring cash, and don’t forget—clocks go forward tonight! Let’s celebrate the start of summer together!

We’re so excited to remind you about our car boot sale coming up next Sunday 15th September! It’s going to be an amazing day with lots of fun and treats. 🍳☕ Bacon Brothers and Screamin Beans Coffee Limited coffee will be on-site, so swing by for a delicious brunch!

We’re also setting up a mega market table to support our fundraising efforts. Expect to find second-hand treasures, plants and seedlings, play dough, Peter Lynn Octopus kites, and a delicious bake sale! 🎉🧁

📣SPACE AT PLAYCENTRE TERM 3💜
We're excited to have lots of new Space groups starting in term 3 around Canterbury - spots are filling up fast with some locations already full! Space is a lovely 20-week programme where you will enjoy heuristic play, music and movement, books, crafts and facilitated discussions around parenting and development. Space is a great way to enjoy some special time with your baby while meeting other parents with little ones of a similar age in a relaxed, safe and nurturing environment 💜💜

Our infant programmes are delivered by highly experienced and qualified facilitators and we keep our prices as low as we can so everyone can enjoy our sessions. If payment is an issue please reach out via email and we can arrange a payment plan. For more info email [email protected]
