We're in assessment week now, and there are two weeks left until end of the term.

Hi,

Due to an unexpected situation in the pool this morning, we need to close the pool until 12:30pm so we can complete the required cleaning and safety checks.

This means that all lessons scheduled before 12:30pm today are cancelled.

We’ve added a make-up credit to your account for today’s lesson, which you can use within the next 365 days (subject to availability).

Thank you for your understanding — closing the pool isn’t something we take lightly, but it’s important we keep a health and safety environment for all our users.
