Can you help us identify this person?

We are asking for our local community’s help.

On Sunday 19 July, at approximately 4:56 am, a man entered the Oakbridge Preschool car park and spent a few minutes in the area. He then left and returned at approximately 5:01 am with a trolley, before stealing one of our gas bottles. He was last seen walking down Hawkins Road with the trolley and gas bottle.

If you recognise this person or have any information that could help identify them, or if you have CCTV or dashcam footage from the area around that time, please send us a private message or contact the Police, quoting the relevant incident number if you have it.

We would really appreciate the community’s help in identifying the person responsible. Thank you for your support, and please feel free to share this post.

🌈 This Week’s Menu – Week 01 🍎🥪

Take a look at what’s on the menu for our tamariki this week! Our cook has planned another delicious selection of nutritious, meat-free meals and snacks to keep little bodies fuelled for a busy week of learning, exploring, and playing.

From Pesto Pasta and Vegetable Fried Rice to tasty snacks like Banana Bread, Blueberry Muffins, and Cinnamon Pinwheels, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. As always, fresh fruit is offered throughout the day, and we can cater for children with dietary requirements and allergies.

We look forward to another week of happy mealtimes together! 💚🍽️

Hi Oakbridge whānau 🌿

We’re getting excited for our Open Day on Saturday 14th March (10am–2pm) and would love your help spreading the word within our community.

If you have friends, family, neighbours or workmates who are looking for a preschool — or even just starting to explore their options — we would be so grateful if you invited them along.

It’s a relaxed morning where families can look around, meet our kaiako, enjoy some activities with the children and grab a free coffee from the coffee cart ☕

So much of what makes Oakbridge special is our community, and many of our lovely families have come to us through personal recommendations. Thank you for being such an important part of that 💚

Oakbridge Preschool has officially been open for one month, and we are loving being part of our wonderful community! 💛

We are an Play Based Preschool, passionate about creating a calm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. A huge thank you to all the Oakbridge whānau and members of our wider community who have popped in to visit us — whether it was for pre-visits, a quick look around this week, or on our opening day.

It’s been so lovely meeting you all, answering your questions, and sharing our space with you. We are incredibly grateful for the support and interest shown so far.

We’re very excited to officially open our doors on Monday the 12th of January and can’t wait to welcome our tamariki and families into Oakbridge. Thank you again for your support — we’re looking forward to this journey together
