Outdoor exploration is a big part of our day. We love picking fresh berries, checking on apples, feijoas, lemons and grapewines, and observing the magic lifecycle of butterflies. 🍎🍓🍇🦋We also enjoy heartwarming moments with our adorable furry friends, making every day filled with curiosity and a love for the world around us.

✨ Dumpling Making for Chinese New Year! 🥟🎊 ✨

What better way to celebrate Chinese New Year than by making dumplings together? Our tamariki explored the art of dumpling making—rolling, filling, folding, and sharing—embracing the joy of working together and learning from different cultures.

Every little hand had a role to play, and every dumpling carried the love and effort of our young learners. Our house is full of laughter, love and joy.

Happy Lunar New Year! 新年快乐! 🎉🐉

With smaller group sizes during the holiday season, we’ve been making the most of it with special outings! 🌟 This time, we enjoyed fluffy-dates with our little mates at our local Oderings Garden Centre, exploring the beautiful plants and soaking up the vibrant atmosphere. To top it off, our tamariki enjoyed fluffy treats—such a fun and memorable day! 🌿☕✨

During the holiday period, we love taking advantage of smaller group sizes to go on special excursions! 🌟 Recently we visited a neighbor with Muscovy ducks and their adorable ducklings. 🦆💛 It was a wonderful opportunity for our tamariki to connect with nature, learn about animals, and share in the joy of discovery. 🌿✨

Holiday time means smaller groups and more opportunities for exciting adventures! 🌟 One of our excursions was a stroll to our local park, enjoying the sunshine and exploring the area. Along the way, we were even got a chance to spot some alpacas—what a treat for our tamariki!

We couldn't help showcasing this amazing picture of Santa Claus, drawn by one of our talented tamariki! It really highlights how art can be such a powerful way for tamariki to express themselves and connect with the world around them. Through creativity, they explore ideas, celebrate traditions, and share their unique perspectives. ❤ Merry Kirihimete!
