How was your first weekend at Level 2? I got to listen to the most moving talk on Gratitude by Jade Scott - watch this space.. her “Gratitudist” stance take will take off! I’m sure like others.... gratitude for the smallest things occurred in our first weekend of Level 2 :)

Hope all are doing ok.... Great news regarding Level 2 for NZ on Thursday!! Let’s land the plane slowly and carefully- let’s not rush back into everything all at once or we may not land too good :)

It's the last day of Mental Heath Awareness week today. And I have a question for all my nursing, social work, counselling and psychologist friends. What have you done to support your mental health this week? Who cares for the carers? A friend asked me that a few weeks ago. It is SO important that we learn to look after ourselves and prioritise activities that support our wellbeing. You cannot serve from an empty vessel. So, please take today to do something pleasurable, enjoyable, something that gives you a sense of mastery. Because you are totally worth it 💕💕💕💕
