Looking for a fun, low-pressure way to move your body while spending time with your little one? Our Mums & Bubs Line Dance class is the perfect Friday morning pick-me-up ✨

⏰ 10.00–11.00am
📍 Move Studios, Parakiore Sports & Recreation Centre

This class is designed especially for mums (or caregivers!) with babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. Expect easy-to-follow beginner dances, a relaxed atmosphere, and plenty of understanding if you need to stop for feeds, cuddles, or wriggly little humans 💕

✨ No experience needed
✨ Babies welcome (in carriers, prams, or on the floor)
✨ A supportive, friendly space to move and connect

🚨 Only a few days to go until our ✨ BRAND NEW CLASS ✨ at Parakiore starts!

We’ve been overwhelmed with enquiries and expect this class to be very popular, so to make sure everyone has the best possible experience, we’re introducing a new Thursday class format ⬇️

✨ New Thursday Class Format ✨

‼️ New to line dancing? (First timers or dancing for less than 3 months)
Start with Absolute Beginner Foundations from 6.00–6.30pm, then stay on and dance with the Beginner class until 7.00pm.

‼️ Existing Beginners (dancing for 3 months or more)
Join us from 6.30–7.30pm.

‼️ Improver / Intermediate dancers
Class runs from 7.30–9.00pm.

This overlapping format means brand-new dancers get extra support, while beginners and improvers still enjoy a full class. Everyone wins 💃🕺

💵 Cost: $10 per night
✨ Beginner special: $20 for your first 4 classes
Cash preferred. No need to book — just turn up for your class time and pay on arrival!

🅿️ Parking: Free for the first 2 hours, then $5 per hour.
Don’t forget to enter your rego at one of the machines on arrival.

⏰ Please arrive at your scheduled class time only, as the studio will be in use by another class beforehand. Thanks for helping everything run smoothly!

☕️ There’s an onsite café downstairs open until 7pm — perfect if you arrive a little early.

We hope everyone had a wonderful festive break, and enjoyed some sunshine.
After a (much-needed) break, we are so excited to be getting back to class from Monday 19th January!!!
All our classes return to normal from next week - except for our Tuesday evening class at ‘The Village Ilam’ which returns the following week.
We hope you’ll join us! Can’t wait to see you!!

Our class times remain as follows;
Monday night - 6pm-9pm - Westburn School
Tuesday - 1pm-3pm - St Silas Church
Tuesday night - 6pm-8pm - ‘The Village Ilam’ (starts back 27th Jan)
Wednesday night - 6.30pm-8.30pm - ‘The Village Ilam’

We’re so excited about our week of FREE SOCIALS this week as we head into the Christmas break. Monday night will be full of whimsy and festivities (and maybe a surprise or two). So throw on something festive if you’re that way inclined, and join us for some fun and frivolities! We can’t wait to see you there!

The rest of the week is a little more low-key (but still our usual fun (and free)) so come along to whichever sessions tickle your fancy. Hope to see you there!

Reminder: no food at the end of year socials this year due to venue restrictions, so please plan accordingly.
