Tagata Moana Trust Tagata Moana Trust is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of Pacific peoples living in Aotearoa.

We use Pacific arts, language and culture to drive STEAM education and experiences for Pacific peoples of all ages.

Tupaia STEAM Academy Holiday Fono Day 1 done ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Our students rotated through a range of workshops today, getting hands-on with electrical engineering and learning how to wire their own sirens, alongside sticker and T-shirt design, flag printing, and a DJ workshop ๐ŸŽง

Big thanks to The Clubkingz and Youth & Cultural Development for bringing the DJ workshop to life, and to our tutor Joey Joey Lopesi and Simione supporting the siren workshop, and Tamara Sikuri for supporting our flag workshop.

Fale Builders with the Mana Tamaiti class at St James School ๐ŸŒŸ Led by our team, Honor and Johnny.

The students got involved in building and testing their own structures while learning about Pacific-inspired engineering and design. Such a fun session with lots of creativity, teamwork and problem-solving!
