Hellooo! Great news, itβs on! First session is Tuesday 1st of May. The early bird to start with does catch the worm and we will start with one session this first week and then bump it up to two a week after that. Meet at 125 Antigua Street, Entry is at the back the building on Disraeli St, please park either beside the building on Disraeli Street or on the street just not in front of it on Antigua Streeet. 7am - 8am for all fitness levels! Ive been thinking for the few of us that cant really make it at that time (Mon Wed Fri 7am) we could set up another group depending on what works. It could be 6.15am or it could be after work at 5.30pm not sure if it would be three days a week but at least two. Feedback...sugestions are welcome!
Come join with us in the pain of getting up for a 7am club summit full of shuttles, core work, grunts, strain, loss of breath and near fainting. Coz that's what It takes. Shot Hayden lawless, Connor Alldridge, Duane Major, Jodie and Wiremu. No pain no gain!
Winters coming and the urge to stay fit is fading. Up to you whether u let ur strength and health fade really. We begin tomorrow 7am in the gym! Aw yea.
