Friday we held our annual Grandparents afternoon. This is a very successful event on our calendar each year, its a great afternoon for everyone , a very relaxed atmosphere where everyone can enjoy a cup of tea, have a catch up with their grandsons and others and some really good food. A massive thanks to Saluka and the team for the amazing spread they put together

Last night we held our annual father and son dinner. we had 240 here for dinner. A massive thank you to Saluka and Danny for cooking a beautiful meal for everyone. Also thank you to Rosie and the kitchen staff for all their hard work behind the scenes. We were lucky enough to have 4 Canterbury rugby players who are all old boys of CBHS come in for dinner to sit with the boys and their dads. Thanks to Manumaua Letui, Louie Chapman, Nick Hyde and Ollie Burra. Nick and Ollie are Adams House old boys, Louie stayed at Adams House for a short stint when he was at school. It was a great night, everyone enjoyed the meal, the socializing and catching up

Last night the last group of year 13's had their flat cooking night. on the menu was , dumplings and spring rolls for entree, butter chicken , rice, naan bread for the main and dessert was churros and chocolate dipping sauce

Two proud schools. One Premiership Final. This promises to be another blockbuster showcase of High School rugby, and we can’t wait.
