I paint and teach art in my home studio to adults & kids under the name ART FOR YOU. I am a qualified and experienced teacher of all ages and have received all sorts of art education both formal and informal. Sometimes the canvas is sewn first so in relief or 3D. Tends to be semi-abstract about something emotional or interesting to me and maybe to others. I'm very interested in creating environments for the viewer to experience. Most work is for sale and I'm happy to receive commissions, maybe painting on something like furniture for you. If people say they can't draw, I promise to be able to teach them. I found myself on the other side of this fence about singing a few years ago. It's been great to be taught to sing - up to a point, you wouldn't pay to listen to me! It's educational for me to sometimes be the teacher and sometimes the student. I also attend an artists' critique group and continue to educate myself.
