Support our Primary teachers negotiation team tomorrow morning by meeting at the intersection of Lincoln, Barrington and Whiteleigh roads outside the Z petrol station. We will have a tv camera crew there from 7.30am and be live on Breakfast Tv at 7.55am.

We need numbers to support this! Please if you can be there from 7.30am before heading to work we really need you. Solidarity from other sectors is gratefully received. Children are certainly welcome.

Our Negotiating team will be there if you would like to have a chat with them.

This is underhanded, bullying tactics, where is the respect for education experts.

This week, NZEI join NZCTU for Working Women's Week (2-8 March). This powerful lead-up to International Women's Day highlights the pay inequities still holding women back.

🫟Friday 6th March – WEAR PURPLE, snap a photo with your colleagues, tag your local MP and tell them why pay equity cannot wait. In this election year, every party must step up and deliver!

📆Saturday 7th March – attend the PAY EQUITY EVENT in city at the Kate Sheppard Memorial (10am to 12pm) for speakers, a short family friendly walk to Latimer Square, plus a BBQ, dances, face-painting and community stalls.
