Congratulation to Evangeline Casey for advancing to the semi- finals in the junior section of the South Island Ballet Award. It was a joy to watch her perform her solos in the beautiful Isaac Theatre Royal along with so many other talented dancers from around the South Island. 🌷

This event is aimed at aspiring young dancers from 11 to 19 years of age who will be judged by a panel of international and national adjudicators. The total prize money (in excess of $12,000) is intended to be used towards further studies in classical dance.

Congratulations to all our dancers who travelled to compete at the Oamaru Performing Arts Competitions over the weekend. It was our first "ever" Troupe performance (choreographed by Chloe Parker) and the first-time for many performing their solos on stage. DC couldn't be more proud!!
