CRYSTAL BOWL SOUND HEALING
Since 2020 I have been working with Crystal Bowls, I started hearing the sound of the bowls on the inner and immediately felt drawn to play them. I have a beautiful set of 7 Crystal bowls, authentic high quality pure Crystal from USA. The sounds they emanate are aligned to the 7 chakras. I play them intuitively, tuning into the energy of the group or individual I am working with. Listening to the Crystal bowls is a different experience than simply listening with your ears, it is more like listening with the whole body and feeling the sound waves move through you. Sound Healings will take you into a deep state of relaxation a state outside of the conscious mind, into the subconscious realms where energy moves freely and rapidly. I have a strong connection with the Cacao plant and offer ceremonies which combine heart centered connection to spirit, humanity, and all of life. Music, prayer acknowledgement and gratitude are all an integral part of these ceremonies. Cacao is a sacred medicinal plant it is the origin of chocolate and in its raw form has been used in Ceremony for many years. Mama Cacao has a wonderful way of gently opening hearts, she reminds us of authentic love and our connection to self, others and all that is. In Ceremony, we invoke sacred space, everyone receives a warm cup of ceremonial cacao and we drink together. I have been fortunate enough to receive 2 initiations & trainings while working with the Spirit of Cacao
YOGA
I teach a gentle form of Hatha Yoga, HeartBreath Yoga. It is a heart centred asana practice with a focus on breathing through Anahata the spiritual heart centre. Included in every class is time for meditation and relaxation. The practice will help to bring in balance the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of your life as well as stimulate and open your inner awareness, deepen your connection with your soul and your truth in life. My background is in both Hatha and Kundalini Yoga. I am an IYTA (International Yoga Teachers Association) registered teacher and over the years have studied with various internationally recognised teachers. Since the age of 13 Yoga has been an integral part of my life. I have been teaching since 1992 and have experience supporting people from all walks of life and with varying abilities and health issues. Yoga has taught me how to connect with an internal source of energy that I can always draw on. I am grateful to my teachers and those I have met on my path and find much joy in sharing my love of Yoga with others. PERSONAL SESSIONS
In personal sessions I work very intuitively. I tend to meet you wherever you are at and each session is unique. Time is spent at the beginning of a session in conversation so I can understand what is required. Sometimes the whole session can be spent in conversation and other times hands on energy healing and/or sound healing is applied. Usually energy moves quite tangibly. Each session is personal, individualised and therapeutic, and supports and encourages a realigning and returning to Self.
