Progress on the Lincoln build ... paving around pool area underway, stone work almost complete.

GMac Builders are currently in the process of carrying out earthquake strengthening work to the 7-storey SPARK Communications building in Hereford Street. These new brackets are designed to allow the tilt panels to flex on the exterior of the building in the event of an earthquake.

After completing a bathroom renovation for our Prebbleton client's, they asked us back to renovate their ensuite. Here are the before and after pics ... stunning!

Rather than selling up, our clients have opted to stay put and renovate! Here we see a 42sqm extension underway to create a new master bedroom/ensuite, plus an additional bedroom. As well as this we're turning an existing bedroom into a new bathroom and separate toilet, installing a new kitchen, and re-roofing the entire house .. it'll soon feel like a new home😊

This 100 year old house has had a facelift with new double glazed windows, wall insullation and weatherboards to last for another 100 years! Owner delighted to have it completed before the lockdown.
