Thank you to our wonderful Westburn whānau for supporting our Cyclone Gabrielle fundraiser today. Your generosity has contributed $1,042 to CPPA's fundraising for schools that have been affected.

Congratulations to the students involved in last night's performances at the Burnside Junior Showcase. Our Senior Choir, Orchestra and Jazz Band all performed superbly. It was a big day for them, with rehearsals in the morning.
Thanks must go to Mr Charles Levings for his tuition and preparation of the groups and to Mrs Madeleine Gillman for her superb organisation.

Congratulations to our kapa haka performance group for their outstanding performance at Tūhono yesterday. You were winners in our eyes with your tuneful singing, enthusiastic participation and excellent synchronisation. Ka mau te wehi!

Congratulations to the students who represented our kura at the Chch Schools' Music Festival on Friday evening. The massed choir, special choirs, concert band and symphony orchestra all benefitted from the skills of Westburn students.
