It has been 30 years since the Master of Engineering programme began in 1993!
Please join us as we celebrate this milestone together with dinner at Chateau on the Park on Friday 27th October during the UC Alumni Reunion Weekend.
Venue:
The Great Hall, Chateau on the Park, 189 Deans Avenue, Riccarton, Christchurch
Time:
Access from 5.30pm. Seated for speeches and dinner at 6.30pm
Ticket Cost:
$105.15 per person (this includes a deluxe served entrée, main & dessert menu, ticket handling fee, as well as a contribution towards a gift for Piet Beukman).
There will be a cash bar for drinks.
You are welcome to invite your partner or friends. All alumni, former and current staff and current students are also invited.

You will learn more about how you can accelerate your technical career with the Master of Engineering Management (MEM). At this presentation you will hear from MEM alumni now working in industry, employers of MEM graduates, and the Director of the Engineering Management Programmes on how an engineering management qualification can make you stand out from the crowd. You’ll also learn about what you can do now to secure your place in the MEM. The session will conclude with pizzas and drinks.

Curious about some of the fun things our MEM students get up to while in lockdown?... Virtual Bakeoffs!! 🎂
Judged on creativity and engineering design, they certainly did not disappoint with a range of culinary masterpieces including an engineering worksite, cakes baked in cups and this little winner inspired by Battlestar Galactica and baked by the talented Nicole Otto.
Congratulations Nicole! Amazing work! 🏆

We invite you to our online information evening on Wednesday 15 September at 5.30 - 6.30pm to learn about the new Master of Engineering Management and Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering Management at the University of Canterbury.
There will be:- A quick run-down on the MEM and PGDipEM- Info about the industry projects- Opportunities to speak and hear about studying engineering management from past and present.
All are welcome!
