Grading details!

Just a reminder that grading is this Saturday the 19th starting at 11am. Doors will be at 10:30am. Make sure you bring a water bottle and all your gear. See you then!

We have our AGM scheduled for Monday the 14th of September 2026, 5.30pm. This will take place before the start of training, however, class will proceed as usual following this.

We would be grateful if parents who usually drop their children off, could attend the AGM before leaving.

AGENDA Matters to be handled.
Please see the following in preparation for the 2026 STKD AGM.
The following matters will be discussed.
• Welcome - Opening of the meeting to Members & Guests
• Apologies
• No AGM 2025. Confirmation, Approval and Acceptance or Previous AGM Meeting Minutes 2024.
• Presidential Address – Annual Report
• Treasurers - Annual Report
• Presentation of the Financial Statements Report for 2025 / 2026, Annual Report, Statement of Accounts and Balance Sheet - Review given and presented by the President, Secretary or Treasurer
• Election of Positions
• Official Announcement of any impending new committee members.
New Nominations according to the decisions made on the night at the Committee Meeting 00th Month 2026 proposes the members of the committee shall change.
• Election of the Chair,
• Election of the President,
• Re-Election of the Secretary
• Election of the Treasurer
• NEW members of the STKD Committee / Board
All those have given their verbal consent to serving on the Board at the last committee meeting held 8th August 2026.
• General business
• Closing of the meeting

Financial Statements & Profit Sheet will be available on request. Copy of the minutes available on request after the AGM has concluded.
