Kym McDonald is a person centred therapist, and also trained in a diploma of Holistic Transformational Coaching and specialises in one to one coaching and Retreat group coaching, and facilitation of group process. Coaching is a method that uncovers our unconscious patterns and emotions, then makes them available to our conscious awareness so that we can begin to heal and transform them. This can
be one of the greatest ways to empower ourselves and discover our untapped wisdom and clarity. The one to one coaching is designed to tap into these areas more deeply and can be conducted either in person or via phone, a variety of coaching tools are used to clear your mind and open your heart to yourself. Reconnection retreats are conducted over 3 consecutive days, Friday Saturday and Sunday and are in line with the changing seasons. They are specially designed to bring balance and harmony to body, mind and spirit, within a facilitated group experience of healing and transformation. On Retreat you can expect to:
