🥥🌴In celebration of Filipino Language Week, our tamariki had so much fun learning new Filipino words, dancing the Tinikling, and playing traditional Filipino games like Tumbang Preso and Luksong Baka. To cap off the wonderful week, the tamariki helped prepare and enjoy Palitaw, a delicious Filipino treat.🇵🇭

Another fun running and kicking time!
It was a wonderful day to stretch our muscles at the reserve! The tamariki practised their ball skills, worked together through cooperative play, and had lots of fun being active outdoors.

Let's Kick, Run, and Play Together!
Happy Friday! Today, the tamariki enjoyed a wonderful walk to the reserve, where they had lots of fun kicking balls, running across the open field, and playing together. Laughter and excited voices filled the air as everyone explored the space, practised their ball skills, and encouraged one another.
The weather was absolutely beautiful, with warm sunshine and a gentle, cool breeze. As we played, we noticed the fresh air and talked about how it feels like spring is just around the corner.

Magic Marbling Fun
"It's like magic!" one of the tamariki exclaimed with excitement as they watched the colours burst and swirl across the surface of the milk.
The bowl was filled with milk, and a few drops of different food colourings were carefully added. Each child gently dipped a cotton bud coated with a tiny amount of dishwashing liquid into the milk. Instantly, the colours danced, spread, and swirled around the bowl, creating beautiful marbled patterns. The tamariki watched in amazement, eagerly repeating the experiment and making new colourful designs.
