Thank you to all of our whanau who came along for the Matariki Lantern Walk last Friday. It's always so lovely to see Whanaungatanga and Manaakitanga in practice. Your tamariki put so much thought and effort into their lanterns and were so proud and full of joy showing them off. We look forward to next years event!

Thank you James St Whānau!
In the celebration of Matariki, The James Street Preschool and Nursery have been collecting food items for our budget service and this is a time for communities to come together and celebrate and we give a big thanks to all the families from the Preschool who have given to support those we have the pleasure to journey with.

Good morning whānau. It’s been an eventful night in New Zealand. I hope not too many of you have had disrupted sleeps. It was definitely a strong shake and I know I was woken by it. Please follow civil defence advice and stay clear of the water at our beaches today. The quake will have a strong effect on currents today. Cheers Kylie

A massive thank you to Nicole and Adam from Red Snapper Wholesale Seafoods for our yummy lunch by the sea.
We are so grateful to have such supportive families to make these experiences possible.
