SCHOOL CLOSED - THURSDAY, 23RD OCTOBER
Kia ora whānau,

We have decided to close the centre tomorrow, Thursday 23 October 2025, due to the severe weather conditions and the ongoing State of Emergency in Canterbury.

We’ve made this decision carefully, keeping in mind the wellbeing of our tamariki, staff, and families. Our aim is always to make the best decisions for everyone’s safety and peace of mind.

We anticipate reopening on Friday, provided conditions improve, and you will be notified as soon as this is confirmed.

Today, we join Catholics around the world in mourning the passing of our Holy Father, Pope Francis. His life was a testament to compassion, humility, and unwavering faith🕯️ 🕊️

As a Catholic Montessori community, we remember his gentle guidance and deep love for children, peace, and creation. We will hold his memory close in our hearts and continue to honour his legacy through our words, actions, and care for one another.
