It is with deep regret. I have to officially announce the closing of proactive parklands this is due to being unable to get student numbers to sustainable level for those. Are you who have supported us along the way? I thank you and hope you will continue on your martial arts journey for anyone else looking to train. Yikes! My eyesight is worse than I thought. Kickboxing starts at 6:30, not 620pm. Time to invest in some glasses before I start swinging at nothing!

Get ready for an exciting new chapter! Our karate class remains on Wednesdays at 5:30 pm, and we're now offering kickboxing for kids aged 10+. Let's empower our youth and foster a love of fitness in the whole family!
