OOC: hello everyone!! I wanted to make a quick post before starting to post as Mia, I am the new owner of this page so I wanted to tell you all a quick bit about myself :)

I'm 22 years old, and a huge bluey lover!! I'm autistic, and bluey is a huge special interest of mine. I have no ill intent with this page, and am just here to have fun! I hope I can bring as much joy to you guys as the past owner did!! Posts from this point on will be IC unless stated other wise!

I'm gunna make this one post because it needs to be said. I really shouldn't have to, but apparently I do.

If you come onto this page as a grown ass adult, and sexualise children (even cartoon ones), you will be blocked immediately.

Unfortunately, I've had to block someone who made a few comments that didn't sit right to me.
Yeah, at the end of the day it is a cartoon, but commenting things like 'you guys make such a cute couple' aimed at a picture of Mia and Captain just doesn't feel too right with me.
It wasn't the only comment made but I won't go into it.

Mia and Captain are 12.
Bluey, Bingo and their friends are younger than 8. Sure, go ahead and pair up the kids in your own head but this is not the page for it.

Call me silly all you want for this. But as a 32 year old mother of two young girls (yeah - this is the human behind the account speaking), I would be so grossed out if people made these comments to my own kids.
Especially when the account making the comments was an older male.

Anyways, that's the rant for the day.

Don't do that s* on here please.

As a buddy, it's my job to make sure that Bluey / Bluey Christine Heeler know about cyber-bullying, and what they can do of they face it.

It's coming up to Pink Shirt Day Aotearoa so I've shared these tips so we can all stay safe online.
