Drawing collaboration can be so much fun, each student taking turns to shape part of an animal, not knowing until it is finished how crazy they can become!
We then painted them all with water colours…

We warmly welcomed Marcus who is a keen artist from Waitaha School.

Marcus will be joining us for a one on one session every week to explore new mediums and ways of working with his imagination.

It has been a wonderful week returning in full swing with such creative enthusiasm!

Always lovely to see everyone again and so happy the shuffling of groups has all worked out so well!

We had a go at mirror drawing with watercolours as a warm up excercise, here are a few to share with you all.

Hoping everyone has had a good break and is as inspired as I am to return for more creativity in Term 2!

All classes start back Tuesday 30th April - Thurs 28th June.

Looking forward to welcoming everyone back to to Kapowai Studio this week.

We have had to shuffle a few students into new groups due to their sports timetable which changed this term.
Some even having to take a break until they are able to continue.

There is still one space available in the Tue session for 12 - 14 yr students 5 30 -7pm.
All other sessions are full this term!
