Prana Pilates offers private and duo classes in the Authentic Pilates Method. The Authentic Pilates Method consists of a sequences of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates which are focused on 6 principles: concentration, center, precision, breathing, control, and flow. Through this practice you will develop a strong and healthy body full of prana as well as a focused mind.
