FREE COURSE starting this July ❗️This is for individuals already working in a hospitality setting for at least 20 hours per week.
Eight fortnightly half-day workshops will run at Ara’s Madras St Campus covering the following topics:
• Health, safety and security in the workplace
• Communication and complaint handling
• Customer service and sales strategies
• Bar, wine, barista and restaurant practical skills and knowledge
Workshops will run fortnightly on Mondays from 9am – 12:30pm. In addition to the workshops, an Ara tutor will visit the workplace to check in on the student’s progress. The final assessments will be in the workplace using your own menu, product, equipment and standard operating procedures 🤩
