Most people train to burn calories.
That’s the problem.
Calories burned in one workout don’t matter if your metabolism slows down and you quit in 6 weeks.
At EveryDay Fitness, we don’t train to burn.
We train to build.
Build muscle.
Build strength.
Build confidence.
Build a faster metabolism.
Fat loss becomes the side effect.
Sustainability > Speed.

Everyday Fitness – New Year Friendly Challenge Post
✨ New year. No extremes. No pressure. Just progress. ✨
This year, we’re not chasing perfection — we’re chasing small wins.

✨ This season is about more than fitness ✨
As the year winds down, we just want to say this:
If you showed up at all this year — physically, mentally, or even just in intention — that matters.
The holidays can be busy, emotional, joyful, and overwhelming all at once. It’s okay to rest. It’s okay to enjoy food. It’s okay to slow down.
And as we move into the New Year, we’re not about extremes or guilt-driven resolutions.
We’re about: • Feeling better in your body
• Moving with confidence
• Training in a space that feels supportive, not intimidating
If 2025 is the year you choose progress over pressure, we’re here for you.
From our Everyday Fitness family to yours — have a safe, happy holiday season 🎄
Let’s build something positive together in the New Year 💪

If you’re just starting your weight loss journey, here are 3 tips that actually work — without overwhelm:

⭐ 1. Move a little every day
10–15 minutes counts. Small wins add up fast.

⭐ 2. Focus on consistency, not intensity
You don’t need to smash yourself for results.

⭐ 3. Surround yourself with support
The right environment makes healthy choices feel easier.

If you’ve ever wanted to join a group session but felt nervous about not keeping up — this is for you.

Here’s what your first small-group training session looks like:
✔ Warm welcome (zero judgement)
✔ Light warm-up
✔ Beginner-friendly movements
✔ Go at your pace
✔ Encouragement, not pressure
✔ Support from a small group (max 8 people)

No yelling.
No competition.
No feeling lost.

Just a friendly space to get moving again.
Want to give it a go? Comment “first step”.

Most people think they need motivation before they start.

But here’s the truth… motivation grows after you take action, not before.

If you’re feeling unfit, anxious, or unsure where to begin — you’re not alone.
My small-group sessions are built for beginners who want to start slow and steady, feel supported, and build confidence step by step.

You don’t need to be fit to start.
You just need to turn up once.

Good morning to everybody 😁 did you know where you workout has an effect on how easy it is to stick to your new routine?

Now I don't know what the fancy term for it is but I call it "space association", which is just a fancy way of saying what you do in a certain space and the things you associate with it 😉 ie. Bedroom - sleep.

It is not easy to overcome because of how ingrained it is into our brains. This is where gyms come in to help out, it gives you a place to go and your mind will create a new association with this place that is for exercise. BUT 🤔 we can't always get to the gym and that is why outdoor exercise is a great way to keep your mind open to exercising more because the outdoors is a rather large place 🌲😁

And we can't forget our friend the sun with some good old vitamin D too, in moderation of course 👍

Keep up the great work and keep active my friends. And if you have any questions or need any advice about health and/or fitness just get in touch and I will do everything I can to give you an answer or find out for you 😁
Cheers
