Keeping it real pregnancy, birth and parenting sessions

Wishing all you wonderful mums a happy Mother’s Day.

After nearly 20 years providing pregnancy, birth and parenting classes I have decided to venture out on my own and offer private sessions. Sessions are structured based on your needs and held in the privacy of your own home .

There are two options available

Option 1 covers pregnancy related issues, labour and birth as well as looking at options such as induction, Caesarean section and other methods of assisted birthing

Option 2 covers post birth issues such as recovery, early parenting adjustments, newborn needs , breastfeeding and surviving

Based on your personal circumstances you can choose either of the sessions or both.

I can structure a individual based session as required

Each session are approximately 2-2.5 hours
