Hasn’t life has become way too serious over the last few years??

When is the last time you had a good laugh? Felt supported and encouraged?
Actually played and experienced the joy you remember from when you were a kid, or just not so bogged down with the necessities of life?

Improv is a way to access all of these good things.
If you’ve ever seen Whose Line Is It Anyway, you’ll know what improv is- improvised theatre. Games, based on making up scenes and stories in a creative and free atmosphere- for fun. No scripts!

It’s a great way to meet new friends, get amazing abs from laughing*, gain confidence and rediscover your creativity.

I’m Melissa, and I’ve been performing in improv shows for over twenty years, and teaching improv for over ten years to all ages and abilities, and I’m starting a weekly Monday night class in July for adults in our community.
A Taste Test Workshop will kick it all off on Saturday the 15th July from 1pm to 2:30pm at the McFarlane Park Community Centre, right on the edge of MacFarlane park. 19 Acheson Avenue. $5 per adult.
