REBRANDING
I've made the decision to rebrand -
As I'm moving on from just pole, to a wider variety of dance styles and fitness; I want to include that in my brand.
A massive thank you to everyone who supported me as "Intensity Pole Fitness". It has been a wonderful journey and I'm so excited to continue teaching and sharing my love of dance.
My next chapter has started at Evolve Studios NZ

Hi everyone! I am super excited and pleased to announce that I will begin teaching pole, and the opening of Intensity Pole Fitness in the upcoming months!
This is something I am very passionate about, and have dreamed of since starting pole.
Heres a little about me.
Hi! My name is Lizzie. I was introduced to pole fitness in Australia by a friend of mine at gymnastics and decided to give it a go.
I spent a little under a year at my first studio Roxie Rose Burlesque with some amazing teachers and women, before moving to Italy and joing a new studio there in Milan. As I traveled around I had the opportunity to join in many different classes at different studios with some amazing teachers, each with their own way of doing things.
I am now living in Nelson NZ, and am part of the Studio One Collective.
I am forever thankful of what the pole community has given me, and that I took that scary first step to attend a pole class. I have gained so much confidence and strength, both physically and mentally!
This is what I hope to share this with other people.
There are no limits with pole, just opportunities to become fit, strong and confident in yourself, while having fun and becoming part of a community of strong and proud women!
