Our Christchurch dads are getting together next week for their 1st catch up of the year 🙏🤩

Our Auckland Dads group is doing so well and we want to create the same safe space for our dads in CHCH & every other town where there are dads keen to connect on this journey 💙
Almost all of our dads found it a bit nerve-wracking to come to one of our catch ups in Auckland but every time our dads have walked away saying the same thing…”Im so glad I came”. There is no judgement, no expectation. Its just dads who share the same struggles getting together & checking in on one another. It definitely gives you strength knowing you are not alone. Our shout. Today we farewelled our magnificent Jody who is retiring from Ladbrooks. Jody has served our school for over 5 years. We wish you all the best in your next endeavours Jody.

Today four of our senior students went to the Enviroschools Celebration event at Ecan. The purpose of this event is to celebrate successes, share ideas and learn from each other. Ladbrooks ran a workshop on having a shade house and the process of ‘pricking out’. I was so proud of how they shared knowledge, inspired others and taught kids from 4-16 years AND adults how to prick out seedlings without damaging the roots. We have come away with some exciting ideas to test and develop at Ladbrooks too!

Frozen Cookie Dough and Croissant Fundraiser

Ruby (senior student leader) has organised some fundraising to update our school's Kapa Haka uniforms. Show your support by purchasing some delicious cookie dough or frozen croissants.

All orders are due by 16th November.

Orders will be available from outside the RLC after school on December 4th.

Koru Games Day 2! I was lucky enough to get around and see all five of our Koru Games teams play yesterday. Today is day 2 and our teams have a number of games to get through. They are all working super hard and continue to show great sportsmanship and grit. Keep up the hard work Ladbrooks 🙌

Te Wiki o te reo Māori 2025 Haka Challenge! Te Puna o Ararira / Ararira Springs Primary has challenged us in the Kahui Ako Haka Wero. We challenge Te Kura o Tauhinu - Lincoln Primary School to do the same! Karawhuia!
