Harmonious Family Development Workshop

1. To be freed from stress in heart and living. To make a harmonious, stable, growing, and developing family.
2. 身体要健康,饮食需改变。 学习和实践一种健康,希望,环保,文明的理念的低碳生活。
2. To Maintain a good health, It's necessary to change your diet. Learn and practice a kind of low-carbon living based on the concepts of health, hope, environmental protection and civilization.
3. 家庭要和谐,心灵需成长;生活有品质,学习需持续。学习和实践爱的四种美。 通过健康饮食、净化身心,心智成长,和谐家庭可持续性发展。
3. A harmonious family requires spiritual growth; Life should have quality, and continuous learning is necessary. Learn and practice the four beauties of love. Through healthy diet, purification of the body and mind, and sustainable development of a harmonious family.

Dear Participants

We at IMC congratulate you on competing the 60 hour program given by our Director Shubha Narayan (H.C - IMC). We are sure that it has touched you both intellectually and spiritually. We welcome you all to Montessori family.

The best gift that you can offer to the teacher and the organisation that has constantly tried ways and means to reach out to the child is to ensure that you think of THREE things:

1. To follow to the extent possible at all times, what has been shared.
2. To speak about the Montessori Philosophy and its relevance to the development of the child to anyone you come across.
3. To help any child who you will come across in your life in any manner possible.

It is not enough for us to know and hold the knowledge, it is time that we spread it far, fast and wide as this is the only way to build a better world. Let us collectively work towards meeting the needs to the child and offer the best that should be at all times.

This vegan Sesame Oil Chicken Soup is known to nourish and strengthen overall health.
All of the ingredients in this soup have “warming” properties that can supposedly improve blood circulation, warm up those icy hands and toes, and help ward away the chill during the long winter ahead. It's very good for anyone with poor circulation, someone whose feet or hands always seem to be cold.

Plant-Based / Vegetarian / Vegan/Pure Vegan Life. What’s the difference?

So the question that comes up over and over again is what is the difference between pure vegan/vegan and vegetarian or what is the difference between vegan and plant-based? We thought we would dive in and take a look at the differences between them all and shine a light for those new to the movement.

Pure Vegan Life
Someone who does not eat, consume or use animal products, garlic, onions, spring onions, Leeks, Shallots families foods, alcohol in any capacity, A person who subscribes to a Pure Vegan lifestyle may promote holistic well-beings from body mind and soul.

Vegetarian
Someone who does not eat meat or fish. This may be for religious, health, ethical or moral reasons. Vegetarians can however still eat dairy, eggs or milk products.

Vegan
Someone who does not eat, consume or use animal products in any capacity. A person who subscribes to a vegan ‘lifestyle’ may even avoid entertainment, sport or events that involve the use of animals.

Plant-Based
Someone who eats a plant-based ‘diet’ eats predominantly plants, grains, nuts, seeds, legumes fruits and possible the ‘occasional’ animal product. This is purely from a diet perspective and doesn’t take into account clothing or products put on the skin.

Flexitarian / Vegan-Curious
These are two of the emerging categories of the movement and allow the everyday person the chance to explore eating less meat and dairy without the black and white labels of vegan, vegetarian or even plant-based. These emerging categories are a great stepping stone for people who are put off by over stigmatization of certain labels.

Final Thoughts
Hopefully, this helps a little in distinguishing the difference between the various lifestyles. We are a little bit biased but obviously believe that going 100% pure vegan is the best way of ensuring you are not causing harm to animals, the planet, and your holistic well-beings but we also know that sometimes people need to transition through vegetarian and other philosophies in the journey, come to join our events, workshops and retreat to grow together.
