Wanting to host module 401? I am looking for a host centre in CHCH who wants to have a turn. If you have 4 or 5 keen parents, contact me ([email protected]) and we can give it a whirl. I am thinking late May once the 402 block in Woolston has been completed. Most of our workshops are close to fully booked and are also social events. Meet the neighbours etc. I always receive good feedback.

Centres in other parts of our region with a surge in new parents keen to get started let me know too. Or contact your CA who are in regular contact with me re training in 'their centres'.

Enjoy the term break!

Alex

Benefit #2- Connection with others 18/01/2021

Welcome back to a new year. I hope you are all ready to continue the workshops full with interesting and meaningful information for parents. (And you support your centre as well.)
Keep an eye out for face-to-face delivery or get local centre members together for a block. It is really good to join an in-person group to do B401 and B402 with other local Playcentre people and we would encourage you to do this.
https://www.playcentre.org.nz/future-members/education/benefit-2-connection-with-others/ If you live remote, cannot travel or are just not able to go to a block, online is also an option. Some of our workshops are filling up fast. Just ask for more!

Big shout out to:
Jessicah Win - Collingwood
Rosie Riley - Colling wood
Michelle Dallison - Takaka
Sarah Josland - Shirley
Venus Biesold - Enner Glynn

Benefit #2- Connection with others “At first, I didn’t want to come. I thought it was a lot of workshops but the way it was delivered, the way I felt I mattered and was included, I felt so valued. I had fun in interactive workshops with great conversations with all the other trainees from all different centres near and far…. pr...
