Today the Discoverers classroom had a transition to school visit. We were building relationships, learning new routines, and getting familiar with a primary school environment. Lots of fun was had by everyone. It was especially nice to see our old discoverer friends Frankie, Kailen and Thomas.

So much to be explored this week!
Our littlest tamariki putting their stamp on group art in the sunshine was a favourite!
But tipping, pouring, squishing and diving into pink gloop, definitely took top stop 🎨

Who loves a good old sausage roll? Today the tamariki had fun making sausage rolls. Then off to the Discoverers cafe to taste test them. Such a beautiful way for tamariki to learn about nutrition and life skills.

What a treat! Ben, from our local library came to visit us bringing stories, rhymes, and live music too! The children had a great time and were all very involved. Such a great way to build connections with our local community.
