SELF CARE 💚
Too often Self Care is dismissed, overlooked and put in the too hard basket!
Overworking is glamorised like a badge of honour!
The absence of sleep, good diet, exercise, relaxation, and time with friends and family isn't something to be applauded.
Too many people wear their burnout as a badge of honour.

We all know that Prevention is better than Cure. We also know that Healthy Nutrition is key to maintaining a healthy body.
Over 3 years ago my health was not that great and I was always tired and lacking energy. My two energetic young boys wanted dad playing with them in the back yard. But dad was too tired and didn’t last!
I thought I ate well but in reality my diet was poor and I was not giving my body the right fuel it needed!
Fast forward now and I have that well under control. I feel greater now than I have in the last 20 years and Im very grateful I discovered how! More energy, more active and giving more to life!
