Next up in our Saturday Block Course series: Walkovers!
⏰ Saturdays, 12pm - 1pm
🗓️ 4 Week Course (Great for those who don’t want a full term commitment!)

We work on drills and progressions each week to help achieve these skills, with multiple teachers on hand in every class to provide constant spotting and give feedback to students.
This class is perfect for anyone who is at the beginning stage of working on their walkovers, or for anyone who has been working on them for a while and is now working on the final steps like:
❃ Standing up on one foot for a front walkover
❃ Bending back on one leg for a back walkover
❃ Gaining confidence for back bends
❃ Getting their walkover in one move
Open to absolutely anyone, whether you’re a dancer, cheerleader, gymnast or anything in between 🤍

We’re expanding the repertoire! 😆 For the first time ever, we are offering all-level classes meshing the lines between dance and acrobatics. We’ll be integrating contemporary acro and floor skills and then pouring everything into heart-filled contemporary/lyrical dance.
Thursday 9th April
💓11:00am - 12:00pm - Advanced Beginner Dancers
💓12:15pm - 1:30pm - Intermediate/Advanced Dancers
Class #1 - 11:00am - 12:00pm
IS FOR YOU IF: You’re age 6+, you’ve been dancing for a wee bit, and you’re willing to learn new skills to put into dance routines.
Class #2 - 12:15pm - 1:30pm
IS FOR YOU IF: You’ve been dancing forever, you’re comfortable with a lot of acro skills - handstands, rolls, balances. No need for advanced skills like walkovers, aerials, or handsprings, as we’ll be focusing on floor-based variations and control.
Our incredible teacher Eva Loose will be teaching alongside me for this inaugural Lyrical Acro class.
If you would like to join us for this trial run, come along on Thursday 9th April. If it’s a hit, this might be something we expand into regularly 👀

School Holidays means…. ACRO WORKSHOPS 🪩🕺💃
I’m sure we know the drill - sign up before the spots fill up! This term I’ve added a seperate aerial/back handspring workshop for the tweens & teens and in our handspring workshop we’ll be splitting into groups and working on connecting handsprings so come join us to bring your tumbling to the next level with our qualified, experienced and passionate teachers 🧑🏫
