2023-3: Emotional Journey (acting class) A scene is not about the words on the script, but rather the emotional journey that the character experiences over the course of the scene.

Our next class starts tomorrow night. If you get in quick you can still grab a spot!

2023-2: Moment to Moment (acting class) Life happens moment to moment and so should your acting.

Auditions are arguably the hardest part of acting. It is common for actors to be nervous, but there is plenty you can do to greatly increase your chances of landing a role.
Our first block for 2023 focuses on booking that role!

2023-1: Ace the Audition (acting class) In this class we focus on audition technique. You'll learn how to prepare for auditions, and some techniques to make you stand out from the crowd.

Block #5: Learning Scripts - Dealer's Choice In this block we'll continue to work on understanding our scripts and our characters. Each participant can choose how they want to spend the six weeks - learning 1 or 2 monologues or dialogues.

Straight into our next block of screen acting classes next Wednesday. A couple of people are unable to come back, so there are spots available, but be in quick as these classes always sell out.

Block #4: Practise, Practise, Practise In this block you're going to be put through you paces. We're pulling back on the theory and focusing on learning scripts, taking direction, and getting in front of the camera.

After Block 3 was interrupted by Covid, we're doing a reboot.
Rush Jopson will be back with this fascinating series of classes that give actors a better understanding of their role in the technical aspects of film-making, including important techniques for actors when working on camera.
