TPF Bootcamp
6.30pm-7.30pm
Marshland school hall.
TPF Bootcamp is kicking off again. Fun sessions incorporating a mix of resistance and cardio exercises. The session can be modified to suit all fitness levels. So come on down and join in.
Kids welcome to come hang out with my boys while you work out, as long as they can somewhat entertain themselves :)

DATES: 19th July - 20th September

TIME: 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Pricing for the 10 weeks:
$10 per session or,
$80 if you want to sign up and pay for the full 10 weeks up front.
