Guess what… Yes we survived camp!⛷️🎿

We have some tired (but very happy and full of wonderful memories) kids coming home your way today!

After 2 incredible days on the snow. ❄️ we have loved seeing the growth in confidence with skiing or snowboarding over those 2 days.

On day 1 we had some kids who were a ‘I hate it… I’m not doing that again… It’s too hard…

Day 2 - this magically turned into -

I love it… Can we do another day…. Look at me!!! I made it all the way by myself…That was the best day ever… That was so much fun.
(and this was all of them!)

To our parent helper dream team - a a huge Thankyou from all the kids and the teaching team.

To the kids - Ngaa mihi for your resilience, perseverance, laughter, manners, personal growth, independence, patience and friendship!
This where the CPS Capabilities are truly made!

CPS POOL KEYS

We are selling pool keys for the use of the CPS pool over the summer.

The keys are $195 for the summer, this includes a $10 refundable bond. This cost covers the use of the pool between 12th October 2026 and 26th April 2027.

There are a limited number of keys available. You can find more information, register, and pay for a key at enrolmy.com/cambridge-school. If you have not had a pool key from CPS before you will be required to attend a CPS Pool induction session prior to receiving your key. Keys will be issued on 12th October 2026 onwards.

9 am-11.30 am at Tom Voyle Park, Taylor St, Cambridge

Years 4-6 Lightning Lacrosse League
Years 7-8 Intermediate League

Ball skills, drills and games.

$35 per child per session

A huge congratulations to the CPS finalists that participated in the Rotary Speech Contest this evening. The speeches were a wonderful opportunity to display the speech writing and performance skills of this bunch of leaders!

The calibre of the speeches was incredible!

The Special Judges award went to Summer - for her speech ‘What dogs would say if they could talk’

The Junior Commendation award went to Emily-Rose - for her speech’Why sugar gliders are the best mammals’

Ex CPS student Asahi won second prize with his speech ‘Pros and cons of having an older brother’

Over the last few weeks, CPS staff held a pink ribbon breakfast at Absolute Coffee House which is owned by one of our amazing school families. This was in order to raise funds for Breast Cancer awareness and research.

We had a number of beautiful raffles with generous donations from :
