One thing I have committed to on my journey to live a life with more inner peace is to do more of the things that bring me joy, give me a thrill and make me giggle.

This flying fox at my local playground is an instant joy booster!! Anytime I walk past it, I jump on and go for a swing. It is so much fun!

Often when coaching my clients, we discover that in them getting lost and feeling stuck they have forgotten what brings them joy and peace.

We spend time talking about how they can slowly discover their joy, peace, fun, adventure again and make sure they get lots of little bits of it often, to help them live a more content life 💖🌅💐
