🎉 What a night! 🪩✨

Last night’s BIS Sleepover Disco was a huge success, with plenty of happy dancing, PJ-wearing kids and the latest hits keeping everyone on the dance floor! 💃🕺

We even had some very special live performances from our own school bands, Neon Soul and Heat Wave 🎶🎸 — what a treat!

The photo booth was a definite hit 📸, the pizza was very popular 🍕, and there were plenty of smiles, laughs and tired-but-happy kids by the end of the night!

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the evening such a success — especially our staff, the PTA volunteers and everyone behind the scenes. ❤️

🎨 IN2ART Exhibition | Celebrating Young Artists 🖌️

We’re thrilled to have 55 pieces of artwork from BIS featured in the IN2ART Exhibition, showcasing the incredible creativity and talent of young artists from intermediate schools across the North Shore.

From stingrays and penguins to character people and monsters, there’s an amazing variety of artwork on display! 🐧🌊👾

🎭 MADAGASCAR JR. – WE NEED YOU! 🦁💄✨

Our Madagascar Jr. cast is getting ready to hit the stage, and we’re looking for some parent volunteers to help bring our characters to life! 🎨

From face painting and character make-up to hair, we’d love to have a few handy parents on board to help our performers look the part. If you have experience with face painting, enjoy doing make-up, or are simply handy with a make-up brush, we’d love to hear from you!

💛 WE DID IT! 💛

Last Friday, Belmont Intermediate turned yellow for Daffodil Day to support the Cancer Society and the vital work they do for people affected by cancer.

Our goal was to raise $1,500… and thanks to the incredible generosity of our students, whānau and wider school community, we raised an amazing $1,731.72! 🌼💛

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who donated, dressed in yellow and helped us turn our school into a sea of sunshine and support 🌼

It’s almost disco time! Have you got your ticket for Wednesday?

Grab your favourite PJs and get ready to party at the BIS Sleepover disco!
7- 9 pm this Wednesday, 2 September, in the school hall.

There’ll be a photo booth, yummy midnight feast snacks, your favourite tunes, as well as live music!

$15 tickets include a slice of pizza!

Cross Country Auckland Champs Success!

Some pretty awesome results from the Auckland Cross Country Championships today! Our students put in an outstanding effort, with some fantastic individual placings - and some huge team results to celebrate as well!

Year 7 Girls�
