To be eligible, you’ll need to be studying an agriculture-related course at Telford, have played at First or Second XV level, and be committed to playing for Owaka RFC.

Meet Silvy 🐾💚

Silvy wandered onto campus as a wild little kitten and decided this was where she belonged. She chose us to be her home, and has been collecting devoted fans ever since.

Friendly, a little sassy, and an expert at winning hearts, Silvy is always on the lookout for a few pats, a tummy tickle, a sunny spot for a nap, or the occasional snack. Whether she's making her rounds around campus or popping into the hostel to say hello, she's never far from the action.

More than just our campus cat, Silvy is part of our family. She brings smiles wherever she goes and reminds us that sometimes the best family members are the ones who choose you. ❤️

We were thrilled to welcome more than 150 prospective students and their whānau to Open Day at Telford in sunny Balclutha! ☀️

Visitors had the opportunity to tour our operating farm, explore our specialised classrooms, and check out our fantastic on-campus hostel facilities.

A huge thank you goes to our current students who helped lead tours throughout the day, and to the superstars who shared their experiences during the Student Q&A panel - your enthusiasm and insight made the day extra special.

We also want to thank everyone who travelled from near and far to join us. Your support and interest in studying at Telford means a lot to our team and community.
